About us

Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide honest, evidence-based chiropractic care in a professional and welcoming environment.
We aim to help every patient move better, recover faster, and maintain long-term spinal health through personalised treatment and education.

What is Chiropractic?

Chiropractic care focuses on diagnosing and treating neuromusculoskeletal conditions related to the spine, joints, muscles, and nervous system. Through hands-on treatment, including spinal manipulations, mobilization and soft tissue techniques, chiropractic care aims to improve joint mobility, reduce pain, restore function and support the body’s natural ability to heal.

How We Help

Our Core Techniques

We use a range of specialized, hands-on therapies to relieve pain, restore mobility, and improve function.

Spinal Manipulation

A safe, hands-on technique to restore mobility and reduce tension. The "pop" sound is simply a harmless release of gas bubbles from the joint, similar to cracking your knuckles. Most patients find the treatment comfortable and feel immediate relief.

Spinal Mobilisation

A gentle, hands-on technique used to improve spinal flexibility and movement. Unlike spinal manipulation, mobilisation uses slow, controlled movements to reduce stiffness and ease muscle tension without discomfort.

Soft Tissue Therapy & Myofascial Release

This therapy targets the muscles, tendons, and fascia (connective tissue) supporting your spine. Using therapeutic massage, stretching, and controlled pressure, we release tight areas to improve circulation and flexibility. It effectively reduces stiffness and soreness, helping your body move more freely and heal naturally.

Dry Needling

A safe, targeted technique used to release "trigger points" or tight muscle knots that cause pain. Thin, sterile needles are inserted into the affected muscle to improve blood flow and restore movement. Most patients feel only a mild pinch and often experience immediate relief from tension and stiffness.

Radial Shockwave Therapy (RSWT)

A non-invasive treatment that uses gentle energy pulses to repair injured tendons and tight muscles. By increasing blood flow and stimulating the body’s natural healing, it effectively treats chronic pain and stiffness. The treatment feels like a mild tapping or pressure and is generally well-tolerated.

Our Approach

How We Work

Every condition is assessed thoroughly to identify the root cause. This includes:

Full medical history

Orthopaedic and neurological tests

Range of motion and joint function assessment

Identification of myofascial trigger points that may be contributing to pain or restricted movement

Based on this assessment, a personalized treatment plan is designed, using the therapies that best suit the patient’s needs.
